Deposits

 

For large group bookings of 5 guests or more, a 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your visit.

Cancellations & Amendments

For group bookings, any cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation, or any reduction in the number of guests, will result in the corresponding portion of the deposit being retained. Deposits cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited to another date.

No-Show Policy

If your group does not attend the booking without prior notice, the deposit for all guests will be retained in full.
