Kitchen - The Fire Test:

 We constantly recruit new talent for our kitchen:

• Head Chef
• Line and Grill Chefs
• Kitchen Porters

As we are so proud of the food we serve we prefer our customers to be able to see it and the chefs cooking it, so we have open grill sheds where our customers can come and watch the buzz of the grill at work (they can even pick their own meat/fish etc).

Our kitchen is the engine of our business so we place great emphasis on the people we recruit for our kitchens. Being able to consistently produce quality food in a pressurised environment is essential, but if you have the commitment to learn we will happily train people we believe have potential to be our future star players. Promoting from within is our philosophy – so with experience there is the opportunity to develop into more senior roles.
