| The EbusuaCard is issued by and remains the property of The Gold Coast Bar & Restaurant('TGC'), which reserves the right to decline, issue or withdraw the EbusuaCard at anytime, or to terminate the EbusuaCard scheme giving cardholders reasonable notice. |

All participants in the EbusuaCard scheme must be resident in the UK and aged 18years or over. To participate, a completed application form must be submitted at The Gold Coast Bar & Restaurant or sent to EbusuaCard, The Gold Coast Bar & Restaurant, 224 Portland Road,South Norwood, London,SE25 4QB |

Employees of TGC, its advertising and promotional agencies or anyone connected with the promotion of the scheme and their immediate families and individuals living in the same household of such persons are ineligible to participate in the scheme. |

The EbusuaCard is not transferable, and can only be used by the person whose signature is on the EbusuaCard. |
4. |
Participants may be removed from the EbusuaCard scheme and their EbusuaCards cancelled at any time at the discretion of TGC. |

The EbusuaCard is not a cheque guarantee card, a debit or credit card. Points |

One point will be awarded for every £1.00 that is spent on drinks and/or a meal at TGC restaurant, provided that the EbusuaCard is presented at the time of payment. One point and each Voucher has a cash redemption value of 0.0001p. TGC reserves the right to vary the value of points awarded, the value of the Vouchers or other terms and conditions of the scheme from time to time. Any change will be notified in TGC Restaurant. |

Points will be given for private dining bookings as long as they are not booked in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Exclusive use bookings are excluded from the EbusuaCard scheme. Other products may also be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of TGC. Vouchers |

Every three months, TGC will review the number of points accumulated by the participant on his/her EbusuaCard and send the participant a voucher for an amount equal to £4.00 for every 100 points. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that all his/her |

Vouchers are only issued for every full 100 points that are accumulated on a participant's EbusuaCard account and any points that are not redeemed will remain on the participant's account until he/she accumulates another 100 points to qualify for a further voucher. There are no limitations on the number of vouchers for which a participant can qualify while the EbusuaCard scheme is in operation. |

The EbusuaCard and the EbusuaCard vouchers are and will remain at all times the property of TGC and may only be redeemed at TGC Restaurant. |

EbusuaCard vouchers can be used up until the expiry date shown on the vouchers. Valid vouchers will be redeemable on qualifying drinks and/or meal purchases at TGC Restaurant and Bar and, subject to paragraph 6, will not be exchangeable for cash, gift vouchers or other items and no change will be given. By participating, participants agree to these terms and conditions and accept decisions of TGC as final and binding. |

The EbusuaCard scheme is conducted in the United Kingdom only and these terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. |
